Score Sheet for
Driver Performance Test II – Developed by Dr. Jack Weaver
When viewing the video or DVD or Web site, you will be
tested on forty (40) different traffic scenes, similar to the ones that you
reviewed in the six (6) part video on SIPDE.
This Test will provide you with 5 practice traffic situations and 5
questions (P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5). The
video narrator will provide you with the answers to each of the practice
questions after reviewing each one.
After you complete the practice questions, you will then view forty (40)
different traffic situations and after each one, you will be given a multiple
choice question (like in the practice session) and you need to realize that all
or most of the possible responses are correct, but you will be asked to pick
the most correct answer. For each
question, the best answer will receive 5 points, second best 3 points, third
best one point, and the least likely answer zero points. This is a one-time test (no looking at it a
second time or reversing the video and seeing a previous scene or two a second
time). Return the test sheet and
